Die Quick-Snake® ist eine Barriere, die mit Sand gefüllt wird und aus flexiblen Schläuchen besteht. Diese sind 10 – 13 m lang und 20 – 25 cm hoch. Nach dem Füllen werden die Schläuche an ihren Enden mit Kabelbindern verschlossen. Je nach Bedarf und Einsatzmittel können mehrere Schläuche aneinander gereiht und übereinander gelegt werden, so dass eine kontinuierliche Sandsperre beliebiger Länge, Breite und unterschiedlicher Höhe entsteht

Quick-Snake is a barrier which consist of sand-filled, tubolar textile-segments (modules). These modules have a standard length of 10-13 m (by request also longer) and a diameter of 31 cm (with filling degree of 70-80% they reach a height of 20-25 cm). After filling, the flexibles segments are closed by means of strings. Taylored to specific need and situation, various sand modules may be assembled together and/or put on top of each other, in order to form a continuous sand barrier of any desirable length, breadth and height.

La Quick-Snake è una barriera modulare formata da tubi flessibili pieni di sabbia, di lunghezza compresa fra i 10 e i 13 metri e di altezza fra i 20-25 cm. Ogni tubo essendo chiuso, al termine del suo riempimento, dalla parte dell’estremità liberata dal raccordo d’alimentazione, con un cavetto di sicurezza. I tubi vengono allineati in rapida successione in file semplici o sovrapposte, di spessore, lunghezza, ampiezza ed altezza variabili in relazione alla gravità dell’inondazione ed alla disponibilità di mezzi di trasporto.

 

Fliessgeschwindigkeit: Die Standsicherheit ist durch das hohe Sandgewicht sehr gut. Gegen stehende Wasser genügt sie auch mit 2 Schläuchen aufeinander. Gegen dynamische Wasser, Wildwasser ist ein pyramidenförmiger Aufbau mit drei Schläuchen ev. sogar 4 nötig. Bei Wildwasser mit viel Schwemmholz ist es je nach Situation ratsam, jede Sperre zu sichern. Gegen dynamisches Wasser wie wir es im oberen Rheingebiet meist haben, versagten bisher alle anderen Sperrenkonstruktionen. Im Vergleich zu den Sandsäcken ist die Quick-Snake® viel stabiler, weil sie mit kleinerem Reibungswiderstand strömungsgünstiger ist. Verankerungsmittel (falls notwendig) Stützpfosten  

Flow Speed: Stability is optimal due to the considerable sand weight. For good performances in stagnant  waters operating with a simple barrier also with two rows one above the other, will be sufficient. In dynamic fierce waters a pyramid-shaped structur with 3, if needed even 4 rows is neccessary. In furios waters with driftwood it is advisable, as for each sort of barrier, to secure the barrier by means of anchor points. Against dynamic water of the most common type on the upper branch of the Rhine, till now each sort of barrier failed. In comparison with the sandbags, Quick-Snake perorms better in combatting floods because it is more stable, partly also due to it's hydrodynamic qualities in the presence of strong currents

Comportamento alle varie velocità di flusso:  In presenza di acque dinamiche particolarmente violente, le barriere di sacchetti di sabbia, assieme ad altri tipi conosciuti, si sono rivelate insufficienti. A paragone di questi tipi di barriera, la Quick-Snake è in grado di mettere in rilievo le sue doti di alta stabilità. Rispetto ai sacchetti di sabbia, gli unici tradizionalmente impegnabili in tali difficili situazioni, La Quick-Snake offre una linea idrodinamica più favorevole, perché meno frazionata In conseguenza a ciò espone globalmente meno fattori di attrito alla corrente.

 Mezzi di ancoraggio ( se necessari) La sicurezza del posizionamento è garantita in modo ottimale dall’alto coefficiente inerziale dovuto al peso della sabbia. Con acque statiche sono sufficienti sbarramenti con file tubolari appaiate doppie . Con acque dinamiche, comprese le correnti molto turbinose, sarà opportuno mettere in atto forme di barriera piramidali a base tripla o quadrupla. In presenza di legnami galleggianti su flussi particolarmente violenti, si consiglia di fissare le barriere con degli ancoraggi.

MAMBA

Die patentierte Ölsperre Mamba ist auch als Uferschutz im Flachwasser unterschiedlicher Wassertiefen einsetzbar. Der Zeit-, Material- und Personalaufwand ist klein.

In presenza di fondali poco profondi, anche se irregolari, la barriera Mamba (patente in corso) trova un impiego efficiente pure a protezione delle coste. E questo, in tempi d'intervento ridotti e con impiego minimo di personale ed infrastrutture.

The oil barrier Mamba (patent pending), in presence of flat coastals areas with low water-level, even of differents depths, can be used as protection of the shore. Its deployment is carried out very quickly, with little staff and infrastructure needed.
